These terms cover the Beastables website and features made available through it. Beastables is based in the United Kingdom. Contact us at info@beastables.xyz with questions about these terms or a service.

Read these terms, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer before using a feature. Additional terms presented for a specific service must be reviewed before you activate it.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the relevant services where you live. Do not use Beastables to evade restrictions, commit fraud, launder funds, impersonate another person or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with laws that apply to your activity, including any tax obligations.

The bot catalogue sets out our plans, including their starting prices, cycle lengths and strategies. Review the terms applicable to your chosen plan before activation. A plan listing does not by itself establish an investment agreement or guarantee returns.

Before activating a paid service, review its charges, service scope, duration, cancellation arrangements and withdrawal conditions. A displayed cycle does not by itself mean automatic renewal. Only authorise payment after reviewing the applicable service terms and transaction details.

Review the network, recipient, amount, fees, permissions and full transaction details in your wallet before signing. A wallet signature may authorise a transaction or other action; read each request carefully.

Keep your recovery phrase and private keys secure and never send them to support. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Disconnecting a wallet does not reverse a completed transaction or necessarily revoke earlier permissions.

Cryptoassets can lose some or all of their value. Automated strategies can fail, and software, network congestion, liquidity and third-party outages can affect execution. No bot, risk control or AI model guarantees a profit or protects capital.

Wallets, blockchain networks and other external providers have their own terms. Availability of a link or integration is not a guarantee of their reliability.

You may use the website for its intended purpose. Do not copy or resell Beastables branding or proprietary materials without permission, except where the law allows. Respect third-party rights and our Code of Conduct.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. We may update or retire features; any applicable paid-service commitments and statutory rights still apply.

Contact info@beastables.xyz about an incorrect charge, cancellation or service complaint. Any purchase-specific refund terms must be presented before payment. Network fees and blockchain transfers may not be technically reversible; this does not remove statutory rights.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections available to you.

Material updates will be identified with a revised date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction or take away your right to use a court or other remedy available under applicable law.
