Browser activity records can include visited pages, clicks, section views, session times, browser and device details, language and screen size. When a wallet is connected, local records can also contain its public address, transaction hashes, amounts, recipients, status and error details.

When you use transaction features, relevant addresses, amounts and signed transaction data are sent to the application server and blockchain services to handle the request. Emailing us provides your email address and the information you choose to include. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary sensitive information.

Information is used to provide requested wallet and transaction functions, understand local application activity, troubleshoot errors, protect restricted access and respond to enquiries.

The lawful basis for processing depends on the purpose and circumstances. Relevant grounds may include providing a service you request, legitimate interests in security and support, a legal obligation, or consent. Contact info@beastables.xyz for clarification about the basis applicable to your information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The website stores activity records locally in your browser. This store is capped at 1,000 events, 200 sessions and 500 transaction records. It has no fixed time-based expiry: older entries are replaced as those limits are reached, or you can clear site data in your browser.

Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Wallet integrations may also save connection preferences, and session storage is used to recover from a wallet-loading error. Clearing storage may reset preferences or sign you out. Disconnecting a wallet alone does not clear local activity records.

You can manage stored website data through your browser settings. This notice explains storage practices; it does not itself constitute your consent to non-essential storage.

Wallet providers, configured Solana RPC services and, when enabled, WalletConnect handle requests needed for their respective functions. Hosting, email and network providers may process technical connection information such as IP addresses. Their own privacy notices also apply.

Blockchain addresses and transactions may be publicly accessible, copied by others and retained indefinitely. Beastables cannot erase a public blockchain record. Do not put private personal information into transaction messages.

External providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Processing locations and protections depend on the provider and service used. Contact info@beastables.xyz for information about the arrangements relevant to your use of Beastables.

Local activity records follow the browser-storage limits described above. A fixed retention period for support correspondence and server logs is not currently published. Contact info@beastables.xyz to ask about records relating to you or to request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Access controls and wallet authentication help protect restricted features, but no online system is risk-free. Use a secure device and report suspected exposure to info@beastables.xyz.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing. Some rights have legal exceptions. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, but never your recovery phrase or private key.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. You can contact the regulator without contacting us first. This service is intended for adults; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
